Continental Trustee Co. Ltd

One of the major timeshare trust companies in Europe which holds the purchasers balance payment in a blocked account, until full legal title in favour of the trustee, on behalf of the purchaser, is completed.

Resort Condominiums International (RCI)

As a prerequisite of affiliation to RCI, a thorough inspection of Paradise Kings Club resort approved architects and buliding plans was conducted by RCI. Based on these and the developer’s track record of developing and managing Gold Crown Resorts, RCI have conferred Paradise Kings Club pre-completion Gold Crown status.

Timeshare Council (TC)

The UK charter of the Organisation for Timeshare in Europe (OTE). As founder members, we operate in accordance with UK law, namely the Timeshare Act 1992.

Organisation for Timeshare in Europe (OTE)

The governing body of the Timeshare industry, established in 1998 to implement the E.U. Directive 1997 across member countries. Paradise Kings Club conducts business strictly in accordance with the Directive.
