How much do I pay?

A once only purchase price, depending on the number of weeks, the colour band and the size of apartment you require.

Are there extra costs?

An annual management fee, currently well below the European average, is levied to maintain and run the resort to the high standards required by the system.

What does the management fee include?

Daily maid service, linen change, cleaning, refuse collection, upkeep of complex paths, electricity, water, local rates, in fact, everything. There are no hidden charges.

What are the check-in/check-out times?

Check in time is 4pm on your specificed commencement day and ends at 10am on your departure day. However, our reception is open 24 hours, should you be arriving late.

How do I get to Paradise Kings Club?

Transfer time by taxi from Paphos Airport is approximately 20 minutes, from Larnaca Airport 80 minutes. Car hire can be arranged on your behalf to be waiting for you.

Can I call home from my apartment?

Yes, each apartment at Paradise Kings Club has a private direct dial telephone.
