Resort Condominiums International: As a prerequisite of affiliation to Resort Condominiums International's worldwide exchange network, a thorough inspection of Paradise Kings Club resort approved by architects and building plans was conducted by RCI on your behalf. Based on these and the developer's track record of developing and managing Gold Crown Resorts, RCI have conferred Paradise Kings Club pre-completion Gold Crown status.
Timeshare Council (TC): Timeshare Council is the UK charter of the Organisation for Timeshare in Europe (OTE) which is the governing body of the industry. As founder members, we operate in accordance with UK law, namely The Timeshare Act 1992.
Organisation for Timeshare in Europe (OTE): Established in 1998 to implement the EU Directive 1997 (on the timeshare industry) across member countries. PAradise Kings Club conducts business strictly in accordance with the Directive. Full disclosure documents available upon request.
